This was sent to our email (email@example.com) last Saturday, December 6 by a program researcher (name withheld for security reasons) who did not join the regularization complaint against GMA Network. The letter has been edited for brevity and clarity.

I guess that sharing my thoughts here is the least that I can do to support my friends and co-talents, some who are still working for the network and some whom we might not see again.
Looking at each person that I see every day at work is like facing a mirror. Each and every one of us are working toward the same goal. We are all busy calling several contacts, browsing the internet for stories, preparing props, making TOF’s, typing info sheets and research materials, dubbing; all are in a hurry, sharing the latest news, stressed but happy.
Everyday, we eat stress for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The good thing is, we always add a pinch of optimism, a bit of understanding, a slice of laughter, a pint of dedication, a dash of prayer and half of our own soul with every bite thus, nourishing ourselves with fulfillment.
Some have colorful memories and adventures unseen by most viewers. We could probably fill a book with stories that may have no end and people we encounter that left a mark on us. This job that we hold are not for the faint and half-hearted. This is not for those who easily give up.
I have always admired how we work behind the camera. I had the chance to meet and work with the most resilient and hard-working people and I am honored and humbled.
Kudos to all of you who created a ripple that transformed it into a wave. May God bless us all.
